Welcome to the The Romeo Project.
This section is for potential future Operatives who elect to take part in The RomeoProject. This is meant to be an information source supporting an individual's decision to become a recognized Operative. It's best to provide a short description of yourself, your skill level, and your goals to begin to introduce yourself to the community.
This section is set aside for Operatives who have verified bona fides registered at project headquarters. To gain access to this group, an operative must conduct a personal meet with leadership, and perform no less than one mission as a part of a team, managed by a handler. In addition to active participation and verification of bona fides, membership in the Operatives' forum is on a paid basis.
Control Elements are verified and recognized Operatives, available to Operatives in the field who are not in play. Control Elements serve in a position of real-time information support remotely. A Control element is coordinated to be available throughout operations to provide information unavailable in the field in real time. Ex. "On a feigned trip to the mens' room, I texted control to get more information about the organization that my target group belonged to after our introduction."
This section is dedicated to team leaders, who are ultimately responsible for logistical planning, information support and direction of resources in the field. Action Officers plan events, and coordinate large and small-scale operations.
This section is moderated and monitored by Project Romeo leadership to serve as the repository for Operational Doctrine proved effective in the field. It is meant to be an information source for Volunteers and new Operatives to familiarize them with team-based operations and Romeo Project terminology.
This section is set aside to document and review operations and performance in the field.
